  1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation once your order is placed. You will receive a tracking update once your order is dispatched.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. After dispatch, our 7-day exchange policy will be applicable.

Walk Worthy reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases. If the item is out of stock. If there is a pricing error on the website. If fraudulent activity is suspected. If payment is not confirmed.

Note: The decision of Walk Worthy will be considered final in all such scenarios.

  1. PRICING

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Walk Worthy reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders with incorrect pricing.

  1. DELIVERY

We offer free delivery on all orders across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 2 to 6 business days. Urgent and express delivery is also available on request. Walk Worthy is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

  1. EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. The product must be unused and in original condition with original packaging intact. The customer must send product photos on WhatsApp before returning the product. Exchange requests are processed within 2 to 3 business days after receiving the product.

  1. QUALITY GUARANTEE

All Walk Worthy products are made from 100% Pure Genuine Leather. Each product is handcrafted with premium quality materials. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately on WhatsApp.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on walkworthy.store including logos, images, product descriptions, and brand name is the exclusive property of Walk Worthy. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Walk Worthy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the purchase price of the product.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
