ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation when your order is placed. You will receive a tracking update when your order is dispatched.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped cancellation is not possible. After dispatch our 7-day exchange policy will be applicable.

Walk Worthy reserves the right to cancel orders if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error on the website, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if payment is not confirmed. The decision of Walk Worthy will be considered final in all such scenarios.

PRICING

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Walk Worthy reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders with incorrect pricing.

DELIVERY

We offer free delivery on all orders across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 2 to 6 business days. Urgent and express delivery is also available on request. Walk Worthy is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. The product must be unused and in original condition. Original packaging must be intact. The customer must send product photos on WhatsApp before returning. Exchange requests are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
